My husband and I were in the market for a family home in the Boise/Eagle area. We happened to meet Mari Pedroza Masonheimer at an open house she was hosting. She was friendly, informative, and professional. She was well educated in the market, trends, and changing regulations. We didn't make an offer on that particular house but asked if she would be interested in helping us look at other homes.

Mari made herself available to fit our schedules, she sought out any bits of information we requested on the homes we were interested in. We never felt pressured, belittled, or unheard in our dream home wishes. She walked us through the entire process and even went above and beyond when she went to bat against the bank and the underwriter about unreasonable requests. She helped us get copies of CCRs, recommended contractors, and cleaning crews.

She was always honest, forthcoming, and great with our small children. She was simply amazing every step of the way and did an amazing job getting us our dream home. Highly recommend!
